Hip hip hooray – today’s the day something exciting happens! I’ve been noticing for a while now that the graphic design industry has been changing, and more and more people are actually a lot like ME – they like to figure out how to do things for themselves – from breaking away from the 9-5 and starting their own businesses, to learning how to design their own graphics, building their own websites, and creating a life around doing what they love.
And so, today I’m incredibly pumped to present to you, the Dream Design Community! It’s a new Facebook group featuring DIY design tips and life & business planning resources for creative entrepreneurs. Although it will be starting out small at first, it’s hopefully going to eventually be chalk full of everything I know about designing an online business you can be proud to show off to others.
I can only work with so many people with my one-on-one design services at any given time, so I have been thinking about how I can share the design knowledge I’ve gained throughout my career to help make others’ blogs, brands & businesses look amazing online without having to hire a professional to do it all for you. And this is it!
